Social media and content
Social media management and content production
Social media management is the continuous production of content for the channels where your brand shows up, plus the operation of those channels: topic planning, image and short-form video creation, caption writing, publishing and reading the metrics. At Fluxo, content is designed alongside paid traffic, because material that works organically is usually the same material that performs as an ad, and producing it twice is waste.

What is included
What you receive
- 01
Content planning
A calendar built from the real questions arriving in customer conversations, not from holidays. Customer questions are the best source of topics there is.
- 02
Image and video production
Static pieces, carousels and short-form video produced inside your visual identity, ready to publish.
- 03
Copywriting
Captions and scripts written to lead somewhere. A beautiful post with no call to action is entertainment your company paid for.
- 04
Campaign creative
The same material becomes paid traffic creative, with variants for testing. That is where content pays for itself fastest.
- 05
Publishing and operations
Published at the agreed cadence, with approval beforehand. You do not have to remember to post or become a last-minute reviewer.
- 06
Metrics review
A report of what reached people, what started conversations and what fell flat. Followers do not make payroll, and the report reflects that.
Process
How we run it
- 1
Channel diagnosis
What has been published, what performed and who actually follows you. Many accounts carry followers who were never potential customers.
- 2
Editorial line
We define the three to five themes the brand stands for and the tone of voice. An account that talks about everything is remembered for nothing.
- 3
Batch production
Monthly production concentrated in one block, approved ahead of time. It costs less and avoids the rushed post.
- 4
Review and adjust
Every month, formats that performed get more space and those that did not leave the schedule.
Organic content does not replace paid traffic
Organic reach on social platforms has fallen year after year and will not return: the platforms make their money selling distribution. An account with ten thousand followers today reaches a small fraction of them.
That does not mean organic content lost its purpose. It means the purpose changed: it stopped being a reach channel and became a proof layer. Someone who saw your ad, opened your profile and found consistency converts better. Someone who found a last post from eight months ago does not.
What Fluxo produces and what it does not
| Format | We do it | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Static pieces and carousels | Yes | Full production inside your identity |
| Short-form video from your footage | Yes | Editing, captions and script |
| Scripts for you to record | Yes | The format that performs best for services |
| On-site filming | No | We recommend a local partner when needed |
| Comment and DM replies | Partly | Structure and automation yes, daily support no |
Video featuring someone from the company usually outperforms produced graphics, especially in service businesses. That is why much of the work is scripting for the client to record, with editing on our side.
Cadence: less is better than irregular
Two posts a week sustained for a year beat one month of daily posting followed by three months of silence. Consistency is what builds recognition, and it is what a customer checks when they open your profile before buying.
