Repair shops
Marketing for phone and electronics repair shops
Repair shops live on urgent local search: someone just cracked a screen and will choose among the first three options on the map. That is why the work starts with Google Business Profile and with pages targeting device and brand searches, not with social media. Fluxo has worked with repair shops and knows the pattern: cost per lead is low, the decision cycle lasts minutes, and whoever replies first on WhatsApp usually wins the job.

What we hear
The problems that always show up in this sector
Customers compare three shops on the map and decide in under five minutes, almost always by rating and distance.
Leads arrive on WhatsApp asking screen prices, and a twenty-minute delay has already lost the job to a competitor.
Brand and device change price and turnaround, but the website has a single page saying "we fix everything".
A high volume of messages arrives outside business hours and nobody answers until the next day.
Margins per repair are thin, so wasted ad budget shows up in cash flow quickly.
How we solve it
What Fluxo does in this sector
- 01
The map profile first
Correct category, services listed by device, bench photos and a review routine. It is the highest purchase-intent channel in this sector, and the cheapest.
- 02
One page per device and per brand
Someone searching "iPhone screen replacement" will not settle for a generic page. Each device and brand gets its own page, with the defects typical of that line.
- 03
Instant WhatsApp response
An agent that replies immediately, gives a price range and turnaround, and books the drop-off. It covers nights and weekends, which is when competitors sleep.
- 04
Urgency-driven campaigns
Search campaigns segmented by fault and distance radius, with budget concentrated in the hours when customers decide.
The order that works in this sector
The temptation is to start with Instagram, because it is visible. But the decision about where to repair a broken device does not happen in a feed: it happens in search, with urgency and inside a short geographic radius.
| Order | Front | Why it sits there |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Google Business Profile | Highest intent, lowest cost, results in weeks |
| 2 | WhatsApp response | Without it, leads from every other front leak away |
| 3 | Pages per device and brand | Builds organic traffic that does not depend on budget |
| 4 | Google Search Ads | Buys the urgency peak while organic matures |
| 5 | Social media | Supports the trust of people who arrived from other channels |
Why per-brand pages change the outcome
Someone searching "Samsung board-level repair" and someone searching "iPhone battery replacement" have different problems, prices and urgency. A generic "electronics repair" page ranks well for neither, because it answers neither specifically.
The detail that separates a useful page from a content farm: each page must carry what is true only of that line. Hinges that crack the bezel belong to Acer and HP laptops, butterfly keyboards to MacBooks, green lines on AMOLED to Samsung. A brand page that is another page with the name swapped gets ignored by Google.
The real bottleneck: response time
In nearly every repair shop that audits its operation with us, the bigger problem is not a shortage of leads: it is leads arriving and not being answered fast enough. A customer with a broken phone messages three shops simultaneously and books with whoever replies first.
That is why a WhatsApp AI agent usually pays back faster than raising ad budget. It replies immediately, gives the price range for that model, and hands over to a technician when the conversation needs a diagnosis.
Reviews are the asset in this sector
No other factor weighs as heavily on choosing a repair shop as rating and review volume. This is a sector where the customer hands an expensive device to a stranger, so social proof is not a detail, it is the decision.
The routine that works: ask for the review at handover, while the customer is happy and the link is ready, and reply to all of them, including the bad ones. The step by step is in the Google Business Profile service.
